Accomplished Land professional with proven management experience. Knowledgeable about all aspects of landwork in the Permian Basin, including land acquisition through leasing and trades, contract drafting and interpretation, negotiation, acquisition, divestiture, budget development and management, staffing and employee development, regulatory strategy and planning and Endangered Species Act issues. I enjoy making the most of technology in the office, and in my personal life. I served on our local PBLA board of directors and as an officer multiple times. I am also a member of NMLA and am on the advisory board for the Permain Chapter of the Women's Energy Network.
Outside the office, I enjoy spending time with my husband of 35 years, and our two sons who recently graduated college. I was a working mom (part or full time) all their lives and was active in their schools, sports, band, clubs and church activities. My husband, Jeff, and I are enjoying this time after raising our sons by travelling, spending time with family and friends, attending events of all kinds (sports, the arts, community functions, etc.), helping with philanthropic efforts, reading, movies and just chilling at the lake.
