PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Square Mile Energy, L.L.C. / Kiwi Energy, Ltd. – Vice President, Land 12/2005 to 12/2015

Successfully built the Land and Land Administration Departments from ground floor, enabled increase in year-over-year inventory from approximately 15 to over 100 drilling prospects and 30 producing wells in the Texas Gulf Coast and South Louisiana. Researched and implemented land data management and GPS mapping systems and integrated G&G data for competitive analysis and sales presentations to working interest partners resulting in over 100 3-D supported Tertiary Trend wildcat wells onshore and in state waters, Texas and Louisiana, with average well costs of $3MM/5MM and land budget up to $20MM +/-. Managed staff of 6 and dozens of contractors handling all leasing, title, administrative functions, and interface with Accounting, maintained thousands of leases and royalty owners, and delivered drill-ready prospects for three rigs. Square Mile increased daily-operated production to approximately 60MMCF and 3,500 BO/D in 2015.

Negotiated and drafted key Operating Agreements, Exploration and Participation Agreements, Seismic License Agreements, Farmout Agreements, Unit Designations, Leases, Surface and Subsurface Use Agreements. Served as liaison to Square Mile's counsel on contracts and litigation, achieved favorable disposition of lawsuits, Texas Railroad Commission regulatory hearings and bankruptcy settlement with debtor working interest participants. Assisted in negotiation of Purchase and Sale Agreement on two divestment packages with 8/8 value of approximately $100MM.

Responsible for all aspects of land management on 23 projects and co-ordination of data room and marketing efforts to divest or restructure approximately $150MM in assets onshore and offshore.

Identified and acquired interests in exploration, acquisition and divestment opportunities. Successfully packaged and implemented business plan to represent KLT Gas, Inc. (subsidiary of Kansas City Light & Power). Negotiated joint venture agreements on behalf of KLT with Shell Western E&P in Deep Wilcox and Vicksburg Trends. Generated drilling of Wilcox wells with 8/8 production over 10MMCF/D.

Served on interim management team as Manager of Business Development during bankruptcy. Provided support for Haynes and Boone L.L.P. in court hearings, assembled data room, made presentations culminating in PV10 price for West & South Texas Assets in $17/bbl. price environment.
