My experience in working remotely consist of curing any title defects or discrepancies; locating, negotiating and leasing any unverifiable, missing interest and/or heirs of deceased interest owners. When given the name(s) of the last known person of interest I will perform an extensive, thorough and successful search using many creditable resources; I breakdown and divided the interest in detail; verify the accuracy of all information before completion; prepare any required documentation such as heirship affidavits, affidavits of interest, quiet title, quit claim deeds, correction deeds, memorandums, and leases. I also prepare detailed reports that are professional enough for client submission as well as easy to comprehend.
I have over 15 years experience, within those 15 years I have not only acquired a love for what I do, but more importantly I have acquired advanced skills, successful resources and many reputable and verifiable references in the industry that allowed me to work remotely, using my knowledge and skills to successfully provide complete and accurate work with professionalism.
