    All:

I know Hogan Beaty was a member of the San Antonio Association of Professional Landmen for many years.  I post this for all who knew or worked with Hogan in the past.  He worked for CML Exploration, LLC the last 10 years of his career and we played in several SAAPL Golf Tournaments due to his connections there.  Hogan has been missed the last 4-5 years due to his health problems and will be a hole in our group for many more.  Life is short - please take the opportunity to express appreciation to those that work for you.

Hogan and I crossed paths while working on the road years ago.  We established a fast friendship and played several rounds of golf.  He was a calm and patient man.  Rest in peace Hogan.

Thank you for sharing the news of Hogan's passing. He and my dad worked together and remained friends for years and years until my dad's passing in 2003. Hogan will be missed. He was a great character and Landman.

I had the pleasure of knowing Hogan for many years and stood across the work tables in several South Texas County Clerks offices and enjoyed lunches together at the local cafes.
A real gentleman and great fun to be around.
