    Good afternoon,

Our company is looking for a software lease and title management that is geared for use by the Landman operating in the Courthouse and elsewhere in the field. We already have our internal Lease Records Management System.

Our goal is to have a tool for use for the Landman operating in the field to review and report on mineral title on a tract basis. In our case, we have a current acquisition review to that covers minerals and non-op interest in almost every OK county. We have identified over 400 hundred relevant instruments. Our objective is to review these to verify title and compile the work into Chain of Title reports and Tract Mineral Ownership reports.

We hope to find a turn-key tool that is either Excel-based or a Database product that is ready to use with a great deal of customized programming.

Any recommendations based on first experience would be very helpful and much appreciated.

    Thanks.

    All best,
    George

    George,

you should look look at iLandMan, it is tract based and has all the things necessary for field acquisition as well as integration with both well data and accounting data. It is easy to use and can streamline your leasing and curative efforts. Give me a shout and I will be glad to get you a demo and evaluation session.

    Hello George,

I saw your thread regarding your need for a land management system that your field landmen can use and I feel confident that you'll like what we have put together.  We first started using the secure, web-based platform on Oil and Gas projects in 2007 and have been constantly evolving and improving it since.  It serves us well today on small, renewable projects but also worked famously managing multiple-client, large Oil and Gas leasing, title, well-buffer, right of way and seismic projects simultaneously with over 300 field land professionals entering data daily.  It also has integrated GIS, administrative and maintenance tools and top-notch, real time reporting.   I would be happy to set up a virtual tour and trial run for you at your convenience.   Please note:  We have only used this as a tool for our own clients thus far but are open to the concept of subscription-based services.  Also note;  This is a land system, not an accounting system, although it is helpful for that as well.

    Best,
