I am looking for someone that does or has done Solar Leasing in Texas.
I have a client that has a 1/2 Und Min Int. in land in Central Texas.
The Surface owner has all the Surface Int. and a 1/2 Und Min Int.
The Solar Co. does not appear to be interested in building the solar
farm unless the Non-Surface MI owner signs a Surface Rights Waiver or
Surface Accommodation Agreement.
The Solar Co. has not contacted the Non-Surface MI owner yet for some
reason.
I am trying to find out the "usual" monetary compensation for the
Non-Surface MI owner to execute a Surface Rights Waiver or Surface
Accommodation Agreement.
