Land Professionals Renewal Update
We hope you are staying safe during this time. Initially, Ohio Land Professional Registrations were set to expire on April 30, 2020. However, Governor Mike DeWine signed House Bill 197, which provided an extension of time to file your renewal. That extension of time will expire on Dec. 1, 2020.
The Division must receive your 2020 renewal paperwork no later than Dec. 1, 2020 if you intend to work in Ohio. If you fail to file a complete renewal with the Division by December 1, 2020 your registration will expire.
We will send a reminder letter out via regular mail at the end of October to any registrants who have not filed their 2020 renewal. Please return your completed land professional renewal form with the appropriate fee by mail to:
Ohio Department of Commerce
Division of Real Estate and Professional Licensing
77 S. High St., 20th Floor
Columbus, OH 43215-6133
The Division will renew your registration after the completed renewal form and the appropriate fee is received. Those who have already filed your renewal paperwork, have already been issued a new wallet card reflecting an expiration date of April 30, 2021.
If you have any questions, please contact Laura Monick directly at Laura.Monick@com.state.oh.us.
