    As a follow up to our April 22 reporting, the Oklahoma Corporation Commission (OCC) will hold a May 11 hearing in the ongoing prorationing matter. The OCC's April 22 order allowed operators to make production cuts but it was not mandatory. The Oklahoma Energy Producers Alliance and others have filed requests for mandatory prorationing.
